Designed by creatives for creatives, Locus One is a 6,000 sq ft warehouse with in-house equipment for content production. The studio works equally well for video and photo-based projects and has been used for music videos, photoshoots, T.V. / film, live streams, and production design. The space includes a green room lounge, production office, two bathrooms, kitchen, patio, and parking space for up to 15 cars. The ceilings are 18' high, and there is a roll up door also 18' high which can fit any sized truck.
